July 2011 Wednesday 13th - HERITAGE WALK Mistresses of Richmond A walk around the homes of Royal and other famous mistresses of past years who lived in the area. Led by Phillippa Heath of The Museum of Richmond. From Richmond Station upper concourse at 7.30 pm, finishes around 9.00 at a local pub. A donation of £1 is requested from walkers as a contribution to the Richmond Society's Tree Planting & Landscaping Fund. Non-members welcome. Wednesday 27th - HERITAGE WALK A summer's evening on Richmond Hill A walk embracing the Grove Road area, Richmond Old Cemetery, the edge of Richmond Park, Petersham Common and The Terrace. It is hoped to include a visit to the Royal Star and Garter Home. From Richmond Station upper concourse at 7.30 pm, finishes around 9.00 at a local pub.
