June 2008 Wednesday 4th - HERITAGE WALK THROUGH THE MEADOWS TO PETERSHAM: A walk along the riverside to Petersham and around the village, finishing at The Dysart Arms. From Richmond Station upper concourse at 7.30 pm, finishes around 9.00 at a local pub. A donation of £1 is requested from walkers as a contribution to the Richmond Society's Tree Planting & Landscaping Fund. Non-members welcome. Wednesday 18th - HERITAGE WALK ALMSHOUSES AND CHURCHES OF RICHMOND: Visits to the historic almshouses and churches in the Vineyard area. From Richmond Station upper concourse at 7.30 pm, finishes around 9.00 at a local pub. A donation of £1 is requested from walkers as a contribution to the Richmond Society's Tree Planting & Landscaping Fund. Non-members welcome. Sunday 29th - SUMMER PARTY From 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the riverside garden of Queensberry House. Members and their guests only - invitation will be in the Summer Newsletter.
