Wednesday 4th MAY - HERITAGE WALK
The Heart of Richmond town
A walk around the historic heart of the town to include The Green, the Parish Church
and Churchyard, the Palace, and the Riverside between Old Palace Lane and Water Lane,
devised to meet requests made by newcomers to Richmond for such an introduction.
From Richmond Station upper concourse
at 7.30 pm, finishes around 9.00 at a local pub.
A donation of £1 is requested from walkers as a contribution
to the Richmond Society's Tree Planting & Landscaping Fund.
Non-members welcome.
Saturday 14th - RICHMOND MAY FAIR
Visit the Richmond Society stall on Richmond Green.
Richmond Green from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Wednesday 18th MAY - HERITAGE WALK
Hotels of Richmond, Past and Present
We hope to include brief visits to hotels of particular historic interest.
From Richmond Station upper concourse
at 7.30 pm, finishes around 9.00 at a local pub.

Thursday 19th MAY - HAM HYDRO SCHEME TO HARNESS THE POWER OF TEDDINGTON WEIR
Project Leader James Heather of this, the largest scheme in Europe, talks about powering
900 homes with renewable energy and the importance of other community-based low carbon projects in Richmond.
Vestry Hall, 21 Paradise Road, Richmond at 7.30 for 7.45 pm.
Free to Members - non-members are welcome for a donation of £1.
